If you are a real estate investor and would like

join our Investor Network!

We routinely receive motivated seller leads via
our website from all over the USA. However, our direct investment market area is
currently limited to the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas Metroplex. All of the leads
we receive for properties located outside our direct market area are referred to our network partners. We also refer
some of the leads we receive in our market area,
as we simply can not handle them all ourselves... so if you are located
in the DFW area and want to receive our overflow leads, you are invited to join
as well! |

Join
for FREE... We do not charge any fees to be in our investor
network. However, we do require a referral fee of $500 or
1% of purchase price (whichever is greater) on all referral leads, if and when you close on the
property.

Investor Partnerships... |
|
|
|
We also partner with qualified investors on
deals that meet our investment criteria. You find and negotiate the
deal, hire the CHP-Approved contractors and manage the the rehab project,
pay 1/2 of the finance fees and monthly interest payments; we evaluate the
offer/profit potential, arrange the financing (including rehab costs), pay 1/2 of the finance fees
and monthly interest payments, and market the property for resale. The
net profit is split 50/50. |

Network
Member Territories
|
|
|
We do not limit the number of network members
in any given area. If more than one network member is located in an area
applicable to a particular lead, the lead will be referred to the most
deserving member based on the following lead distribution priority
policy:
- Partner whose investing criteria most closely matches the lead.
- Partner closest to lead.
- Partner rotation if more than one meets the
first two priorities.

The CHP Investor Network is managed by C Horn Properties, LLC (CHP), a Texas Limited Liability Company. All
network members are independent contractors with no equity interest in CHP. CHP assumes no responsibility
or liability for the actions of its network members with respect to their handling
of the leads referred to them.
